I attended a conference where Ray Tanner was speaking and he was asked directly about this from one of the people in attendance. According to Coach Tanner, this will all be taken care of with the SECTV deal. He said that all of the broadcasts will look like ESPN broadcasts, kind of like Clemson's stream does now. My guess is the University isn't going to invest money in this now, because the SEC is going to do it next year.

Makes sense. No need for the University to spend money if the SEC is taking care of it. I think everyone can wait one more season.
