![]() Wise's mustard vinegar sauce is the best sauce in the world, not sure if you can get it in any stores but you can buy it by the case online.

![]() I usually look at the ingredients. If the first one is high fructose corn syrup, it is a "yankee sauce" and I put it back,

![]() I used a combo of Cattlemans & Sticky Fingers Carolina Gold, then topped it off with John Boy & Billy Grilling sauce. So good it will make you slap your momma.
On Pulled Pork that is.

![]() That John Boy and Billy Hot and Spicy makes a good dippin sauce too, for shrimp and chicken nuggets . Cattlemens is very popular, I think they have it at US Foods.

![]() I don't know if you guys have ever heard of Pepper Palace or not but there are several in South Carolina. They specialize in sauces, dips, and other items - some that will melt your face off they're so hot, but a lot that are just plain tasty. I picked up some of this sauce last month from the store in Charleston and I've yet to find anything that it isn't good on.
Mountain Q BBQ Sauce (Chipotle Medium) - http://www.pepperpalace.com/Mountain...um_p/nn210.htm I love chipotle peppers so it's right in line with my tastebuds. Also, another that I've gotten from Pepper Palace is this, the Lynchburg Tennessee Whiskey Swineapple Rib Glaze & BBQ Sauce - http://www.pepperpalace.com/Lynchbur...ple_p/b431.htm My mother-in-law used it on some ribs for our July 4th party this past year and they were some of the best I've ever had.

![]() This might be late in the game to enter my favorite store bought sauce, but I like Johnny Harris. I have tried many sauces over the years and this one does not overpower the food but at the same time gives you a good taste. Johnny Harris started out in Savannah, GA back in the 1930's I think. It comes in two flavors, but I like the original flavor the best.

![]() I like sweet baby rays , I always put my own spin on any sauce I get though. I will cut it with red wine vinegar and put some tony chacheres or Tabasco in it . If I want some sweetneess to it I will add honey ,brown sugar or chocolate syrup.I will put soy or worcestershire if I want it have a teriyaki type taste.

![]() It really comes down to preference of style. A mustard man will not care for that tomato sauce no matter how well it is made and vice versa. Here is a little more on sauce styles: http://bbq.about.com/od/barbecuesauc...becuesauce.htm

![]() Tiger sauce is the shizzle. I used to make Pierogies by boiling them & then I would throw then in frying pan with a little butter to brown & finished by adding Tiger sauce & letting it caramelize. Talk about delicious.
