Great dipping sauce for fried wontons as well. I had some Duck Confit and Portabella wontons at Motor Supply in Columbia and copied the recipe. These are amazing with Tiger Sauce.

I was talking about this one.

This is a good sauce to put on fish, such as salmon.

Anyone know a good store bought sauce for dipping, ie chicken fingers? Remember I'm in Chapel Hill, so likely won't have regional sauces from SC :(

There are a number of sauces being thickened up just for that purpose. Crystal and Texas Pete have them. Tabasco too. Many others. I saw a spicy ranch variety the other day. Just depends on your taste. One other thing. In addition to the usual sauce aisle check the deli and gourmet/ethnic sections. That is where they tend to keep things like Boar's Head (A great all around red jalapeno sauce!), sriracha, Thai chili pastes, and the like.

Also in the deli section boars head remoulade. I like it on chicken fingers as well as crab cakes. Boar's head pepperhouse gourmaise I put on everything. Is a mayo and deli mustard blend with peppercorns. Sandwiches, chicken, beef, and fish

Sweet Baby Ray's is pretty dang good all around and easy to find. The best I've had though is Old Mule. It's got the right consistency. Not inexpensive though.
