I'm guessing Moore will still be developing his upper-body strength and working on agility technique through the summer. He does move well, but look at what Swearinger did for his explosiveness during the offseason after he rehabbed from an injury. If Moore develops more muscle up top, it will help guard against injury and likely give him more stopping power. Linebackers need very strong hands and forearms to go with their lower-body power. Part of their skillset involves getting off and through blocks.
