Crystal Ball: Due in part to family roots in Louisiana, Joyner’s Crystal Ball reads heavily in favor of LSU at this stage.
Timeline events of note: On September 5, Joyner added eight offers in a single day including Ohio State, Florida State, Auburn and Florida.
Bottom line: Joyner is long, explosive and is a great linebacker antidote for the spread offense. He can eat up ground in pursuit but he can also limit space with his length and quickness.

Eye-popping number: Even at 314 pounds and nearly 6-7, Cleveland ran a 5.11 laser-timed 40 at the Atlanta Nike Camp and had one of the nation’s best SPARQ score among offensive linemen.
Crystal Ball: Overwhelmingly, Cleveland is favored to land at Georgia with 100% of experts predicting that the Bulldogs keep him in state.
Timeline events of note: Currently the home-state Bulldogs have been where Cleveland has visited the most but his most recent offer and visit from Auburn has the Tigers in the hunt.
Bottom line: The definition of a physical specimen, Cleveland is developed physically beyond where most high school seniors ever hope to be, much less high school sophomores. The challenge for Cleveland will be adding the polish that he needs without getting too big and too stiff.

Eye-popping number: As a freshman last spring, Gary measured in at 6-3.5, 280 pounds but still ran under 5.0 seconds in a laser-timed 40 at the New Jersey Nike Camp.
Crystal Ball: Despite offers from around the country including Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Maryland, Penn State and Ohio State, Gary has yet to register a Crystal Ball prediction from national experts.
Timeline events of note: Gary has not been active on the road this spring and has yet to take on a heavy college tour.
Bottom line: We see Gary as a similar prospect to Rasheem Green in the class of 2015. He’s elite athletically with a fantastic frame to work with. If he is able to give consistent effort on an every down basis, there may not be a better defender in the country due to his athletic upside.

It wouldn’t be surprising to see this 2016 five-star Rashan Gary earn one of the few underclassmen invites handed out to The Opening. The 6-foot-4, 285-pound Scotch Plains (N.J.) Fanwood blue-chipper to be was another that could’ve been named top overall performer. He was too much with his combination of size and speed in 1-on-1s to be blocked. Alabama looks like the early favorite and he’d love a USC offer to consider.

-Oradell (N.J.) Bergen Catholic Top100 2016 quarterback Jarrett Guarantano is physically mature at 6-foot-4, 200-pounds, and he was the best quarterback of the day during 1-on-1s and 4-on-4 competition. He’s clean and accurate, and the ball sometimes explodes out of his hand. Ohio State is in a great spot early and is recruiting him the hardest, but Guarantano mentioned several schools he has interest in.

Virginia is the latest offer for Class of 2016 four-star receiver Brad Hawkins (Camden, N.J.), according to 247Sports National Recruiting Insider Ryan Bartow, who is on-site at the school today. Also at Camden High today- UVA assistant coach Steve Fairchild. Hawkins, the No. 152 overall prospect in the '16 class according to 247Sports Composite rankings, told Bartow that currently South Carolina has a slight lead in the early race for his services.

At arguably the most talented camp FBU has ever had, class of 2016 four-star receiver Sam Bruce (Fort Lauderdale, Fla./St. Thomas Aquinas) was named the overall camp MVP. An extremely hard worker with great character, nobody has size concerns over this kid after what we saw this weekend. Pound-for-pound the toughest athlete in south Florida. He has an abundance of speed, agility, and swagger.
