Is being a USC star RB a CURSE? Every season since 2010...our star RB has not made it through the whole season:

2010; Lattimore KO'd in the FSU game
2011/2012: Lattimore blown knees
2013: How many times did Davis have to come out due to injury?
2014: 4 days into the season...and Davis is likely out for a bit

Well, let Wilds, Carson and Williams run it.
It is hard to be a runningback on any college football team.

It is an exception to the rule to find a runningback who averages 20 carries per game and not miss a game or two during the season.

Gurley and Marshall were injured last year for UGA on and off. That said, Davis needs to heal up or play through some pain.

At this point Davis should just be viewed as a bonus player and the coaches just need to look for the next guy up. He's never going to be dependable and will be leaving after this season anyway. Showcase the guys who have given all for the program and prepare for the future.
