GBLACKMcwilliams isn't aggressive enough to be a starter. I would stick with Harris or Lammons the true freshmen both are better then Mcwilliams.




I guess that's why he had 5 tackles and did not give up a score unlike both of our freshman did, and who had 5 tackles together. But hey maybe you weren't watching that. Get your head out the sky.

I like Rico. I think he will get better. Remember none of these guys have played CB before in college. Rico played sparingly last year and Brison is not a natural CB.

If Brison can't go. Rico and Harris will start.

I was disappointed in Elder too. I still think him and Gurley would be the best combo at S if Gurley can play SS.

hopefully these changes help. we really need the bob and spur positions to be solid otherwise the 3-3 just becomes a liability against the run and pass. in which case we might as well just go with our base 4-2 and then switch to a nickel in obvious passing situations. im guessing ward wants us to avoid going to nickel if at all possible.
