CWS Drinking Game

I will be doing this tomorrow, and I hope you will join me. I could add others, but I want to keep the items to a minimum because I still feel I will be drunk even with these 5 items:

1. Take a drink every time the announcers talk about Michael Roth, or show him in the dugout. If they show pictures of him on his study abroad trip, finish your beer.
2. Every time they talk about Tanner English's speed, take a drink.
3. Take a drink every time they talk about the winning streak or it being snapped.
4. Every time they call us the 2-time defending champions, or make a reference to us winning the last two, take a drink. If they show highlights from any of those games, or even the Wingo billboard, finish your beer.
5. Take a drink every time they mention how Jordan Montgomery saved our bullpen for this game.

I am open to suggestions for replacements for these items, but I don't want to add a bunch more because I want to be able to do this while watching the game, and not consulting a long list every 5 mins.

I have been playing versions of this the past 2 years, so much fun. haha. Today for game 2 we did chug the entire time Roth was on the screen in the dugout. Also finish your beer every time they talk about the "new bats" or how it's changed the game.

I still stick with the whole "score a run" deal game. It works very well in Football. Not so much in baseball though. (slower game imo).

How about add "everytime they say clemson has only been to the cws 12 times" deal also. They were all about that on the FL State/Arizona game earlier today.

Best drinking game ever: Take a shot everytime there is a fight on jerry springer. It makes the show even better! lol

Drink once every time someone throws up the fish sign. Drink once when we score. Drink twice when the opposing team scores (because you won't want to remember it, duh) Drink every time English almost loses his helmet.

I've got tons. I can keep going.

Be careful, dude. #2 could honestly be deadly with Ramblin' Mike Patrick on the call.

I would add this one: "That ball was smoked!" That has been their thing this year in a big way.

And, I would add any time they cut to Jenny for an anecdotal, completely useless update.

Example: *soft grounder to second* "THAT BALL WAS SMOKED!!! Now, here's more anecdotal coverage while we ignore the game for this half inning. Jenny Mendoza, do you have more info on Roth's trip to Spain? Your name sounds like you would."

You should be thoroughly hammered by the 2nd inning.

I will also add to the list to drink whenever a beach ball lands on the field. Man, you would have honestly died tonight doing that though.

Haha love the game, with these rules especially with the rules about Tanner's Speed and the Roth references it would be hard to put your drink down!

Drink every time Jessica Mendoza interjects with some useless information
Drink for every overweight hog fan you see
Finish your beer if you see the ginger ice cream kid from earlier today.

Drink when our pitcher pitches. Drink when their pitchers pitch. Then do a double shot when Roth gets a strike out. If you're not dead or getting your stomach pumped or something... You didn't play the game right!! lol
