It's not the intercoastal, that would be the marsh. The marsh has brackish water and they can survive there.

I heard that if a shark approaches, just float there. That way, it gets a nice clean bite off one of your limbs so that you don't get an awkward bite through some muscle or something.

they are saying north myrtle near the border between the beach and the inlet in a canal that fluctuates with the tides. I am inclined to believe Cherry Grove as well. Their are some big as sharks up in Cherry Grove. This looks to be a 6 foot Bull Shark give or take a foot. Bull Sharks are awesome for the ability to go so far up fresh water

It looks like the marsh in Cherry Grove, not the waterway, but a lot of the marshes in different areas look the same, so it could be somewhere else.

EDIT: It's Cherry Grove. when the camera turns to the left at one point, I saw a place called Fisherman's Wharf where I have stayed MANY times. People go swimming in the marsh all the time, and I always worry about this kind of stuff.
