Marcus mentioned the performance of Rico McWilliams over the summer and also the injury that Spurticus reported on... Any word on what happened? Severity? Time he may be out?

The way spurrier was talking about it they are hoping he can return for spring practice next year. Think he said he tore a ligament in his knee. Not completely sure but from what i took from spurriers comments, he may be out till spring practice next year. Marcus said this year thats who hes gonna be running for. Marcus seemed to have mad respect for Rico.

Hearing Marcus doing good mentally and physically in regards to his knee is so exciting. So excited to see this kid on the field again. I have so much appreciation for what this kid has done for our school. Greatest Gamecock ever!

Most positive pre season press conference since Head Ball Coach has been here. No seeds, no stress.
Said backfield was loaded behind ML. Said Dylan was just as good as ConnOr and they were good friends, students of the game, threw together everyday, watched film everyday. He said we've completed more passes in the preseason Skel drills than ever before. Spoke highly of WR Corp. Said we have a good team and a chance to be a great team. ML and SC fully recovered. NO NEGATIVITY AT ALL!!!
