Question for Band Members

Band has been great the past 2 years but 1 little thing keeps bugging me. Why have you guys stopped playing Krypton Fanfare? I remember thinking this past week at the game during halftime that it was the first time I've heard us play it in a long time. Does the new director just not like it or just too many other songs?

I think it looks cleaner in the stands. The band should stand out from the rest of the crowd in my opinion.

I miss Krypton too. Also, where is "Cocky's 2001"? How do you get rid of that? We're also missing the band led "Go Cocks" trumpet cheer that we did for decades.

I do like some of the changes, but dropping traditional songs is stupid.

I really think its stupid we play neck all the time, but have dropped many of our other songs.

They play Cocky's 2001 at the basketball games..

I miss them playing it at the football games though because it's my favorite one

I'm not in band, but I heard them play Cocky's 2001 at the Georgia game in the 4th quarter. It's the song Cocky conducts. Pretty sure when we are destroying Clemson, he will conduct it again.

I couldn't hear the band from my seats at the Georgia game. Way too loud at W-B. Sometimes I can hear them, but I've yet to hear Cocky's 2001. I do hate we don't play it in the pregame.

At the basketball game yesterday they did play Kyrpton fanfare
