Game AT Central Florida next year

First off, I had to look back to see when the last time we actually traveled to play against a non-conference opponent from a non-AQ conference. Now, I know Central Florida will be in the Big East next season; but I think we scheduled this away trip before that occurred.

1997 against East Carolina in Greenville, NC was most recent I could find.

Central Florida's stadium is new but fairly small (~40,000). Since this is kind of an odd one on our schedule...how do you see us traveling for this game?

I will. I'm a student at Carolina and i'm from Orlando. My family lives like 30 minutes away. I'm excited for it. UCF games are alright. They do zombie nation and the entire stadium shakes with the way Bright House Stadium was constructed.

My gf went to ucf and I try to go to a few of their games a year so I'll be there!

It would look awesome to a lot of central florida recruits if we had a ton of people in the stands.

I'd say 5-6 thousand. Maybe a few more if we are on a win streak.

Texas actually played a game there as well when UCF first opened their stadium. Big schools want to play in front of those Florida recruits.

I think you'll see a decent turnout of Gamecocks. Great time of year for a Disney vacation.

You can Google Street View the UCF campus, not just the roads, but the actual walk through campus. Check it out if you're interested in knowing more about the place.

Good friend of mine lives in Orlando and offered his place up for me to come down. I will be there. Actually, I will be at at least 3 away games next year now that I think about it and there is maybe a 4th, time to start saving money.
