Otherwise, probably a crapshoot.

He is not ready for the NFL, but people may whisper other word of wisdom to get him to sign an agents contract.

On the bright side, if he leaves, that means next year we could get Kelly at QB running from Clowney and company at W-B.

Boyd knows there is little more he can prove against weak competition and next year against USC will be the same old thing, plus he is hoping he will not have to face LSU's defense for more embarrassment. If he can get a decent grade, he is gone.

Hey, at least he'd have one year that he wouldn't have Clowney nightmares, plus he can go back to his "Lumpy" physique once he signs. Dabo will find a way to convince him. This is right up there with getting Parker to come back (probably added 3-4 wins) as well as Ellington this year. He'll do whatever it takes to save his hide, and if Kelly or Stoudt are running the show he's in deep doo-doo.

Agreed. In a normal year he would probably be in the 8-10 range in terms of QB rankings. This year you can argue top 5 and with great interviews could find himself early 2nd round.

Yea, the two top Prospects at the beginning of the season (barkley and Geno)fizzled out towards the end.

Wilson was hurt a lot, and Murray wasn't very spectacular-Scouts had him ranked high (who I think Boyd is very similar too)

I think Bray is the best Talent of the QBs if he declares, reminds me a lot of Ryan Mallett.

Anything could happen and teams are always looking for a QB.
