and then....?

with all the extra SEC teams ranked Clemson is next in line

NC- ND vs SEC Champ (I won't say Bama because you're cool)
Orange- FSU vs Louisville
Sugar- Florida vs OU
Fiesta- K State vs Oregon
Rose- Stanford vs Nebraska

this year is amazing and no one anticipated one conf to dominate like this, but the sec was only one or 2 more teams from them having to take a 3rd sec team because we were all in the top 15

I like your calls on the bowl games except for 1 thing. I like GT to pull the upset. That UF game for FSU was brutal and will play much like the OU FSU game played for the FSU Clemson game did last year. I'm sure I'm in the minority but GT pulls the upset so feel free to feed me points when I'm right.

Clemson needed Kent St. to lose tonight to keep them as a non aq from getting into the top 16. Pretty much all Clemson needs now is a win from TCU tom. and it is sealed. That is a big if. If OU won however I believe it would be almost impossible for Clemson to get an atlarge bcs.

NIU still has a chance to get an at large bid they are 12-1. UCLA is 17th and lost to Stanford. IF OU and OSU lose today NIU might slip in.

Northern Illinois does not have much of a real chance unless GT knocks off FSU.

If TCU beats Oklahoma today, Clemson will automatically get a spot since no other team in the top 14 would be eligible after the following:

BCS #1: Notre Dame
BCS #3/SEC #2: Florida
BCS #4/PAC 12 #2: Oregon

Otherwise the Sugar picks between the Sooners and the Tigers.

If Clemson gets an at large I will assure you the only game I watch this bowl season will be ours. That would be utter BS and a red flag that the system is broken. You shouldn't back into a bcs game just because. In my opinion, your conference shouldn't matter. If you're worthy you're worthy. So if that means the SEC gets 3-4 then so be it. Those are the benefits of a top 10 ranking. You shouldn't get an at large bids when the only 2 schools you played worth mentioning you lost too.

If Clemson gets a BCS bid after not winning a game all season against a team in the top 25, we should riot. Let's see, only two teams from our conference can get it. That means either UGA or Bama, LSU, Texas A&M, and us will all be left out with a MUCH more deserving resume than Clemson.
