Good to see that UT has character and integrity high on their hiring list. This dude has gotten the last 2 colleges he was at placed under NCAA sanctions. I guess we can expect UT to be under NCAA penalty within the next 5-10 years.

Also what big games and successful seasons has he ever had? He recruits well, but never does anything with that talent.

He coached under Brian Kelly, the ND coach, for a long time and since ND is in the national championship, people think that may be one of his disciples can pull the same with their team. I think that it is a bad move, but looks like their options must have been few and far between.
