Per Spurrier, Gamecock WR D.L. Moore and backup C Kyle Harris will not play in the Outback Bowl.

hopefully this is the end of the drama surrounding players and recruits leaving the team.
I do not know what is going on but I hope that these defections and violations of team rules are not the smoke of a yet seen fire.

Are people really going to make an issue over losing DL Moore and Kyle Harris like we have some epidemic going on?
It's one player suspended for a violation of team rules. One player. And the only thing he's been a leader in is drops. I've seen multiple people stating concern about Harris. We were by far the best school to offer him and I really doubt he was penciled in to start next year. Waldrop is slotted there, isn't he? Sometimes players would rather start somewhere else than contribute as second teamers. |

There's always a suspended player or 2 for the bowl game. Happens every year. Same with transfers.

I see no loss for the game.
DL didn't really do much, and Kyle never played...was supposed to next year, but these losses will have no impact on the game.

Really? Bashing DL Moore? Drops or not he is a Gamecock and put it on the line everyday during practice and the Games. He broke a rule and got suspended.Its not like he quit the team. Good Luck DL in whatever you do next in life and thanks for being a Gamecock!

Remember this about DL Moore...at some fund raising event, I think for cancer victims, he cut off his dreads for $1500.00 helping the cause. He is a good kid I think.

I guess his catch against uga where he had to come back to catch an underthrown ball and then raced to the one means nothing right? he was a decent blocker and had some good moments wearing a gamecock uniform. im not going to criticize anyone for doing something i could never have done, play sec college football. neither should any of u

I know he had alot of drops and wasn't as productive as expected, but he did make some clutch catches. hate he couldn't finish his senior year. Best wishes in the future D.L. and thanks for being a gamecock.
