In USC coaching history...I rank him down there with Brad Scott as one of the worst. Terrible coach. He actually brought some talented players here, which makes his coaching look that much worse.

The fact that he is on The Experts is just sad.

I liked coach Horn as a person, even as others here have stated that he seems like a jerk. Only met him once. He could not coach at all in the SEC though. He is limited in that he needs really smart guards to implement his "philosophy." It's hard to call that coaching I suppose. He might make a good assistant.
