Don't really know much about these injuries.

Looked bad and he was screaming in paint after the injury.

An MRI will show the real extent. Negative x rays is a good sign though. Looked awful.

I don't know how something like this would effect his draft status. If they want him to play another season of college ball before drafting him Kentucky could be crazy next year.

Noel will still be going pro. Really weak draft class, still will be picked 1-5 according to NBA people. Honestly, if you're a rebuilding team, it wouldn't be the worst thing to take him early. He will take time to get back, may get some action next season toward the middle to the end of the year, but it allows you to add a piece but also not add a piece that is gonna take you out of a top 4 pick. The Bobcats could take him, put him with MKG and a high pick in 2014 and have a very nice core.

Then they need to start talking about all the top players on the Bamas. UGAs, SoCals, LSUs, etc. etc. The top round in the NFL draft involves more than just one spot, and there are regularly players playing their junior years that are projected high-round NFL draft pics. Why isn't the ESPN talking about those players? Those other teams have those type of players every year.....
