South Carolina looks to snap a six-game losing streak against visiting Ole Miss on Wednesday at Colonial Life Arena. The contest, set for a 7 p.m. ET start on CSS with Matt Stewart (play-by-play) and Kyle Macy (analyst) on the call, will also be picked up locally on Time Warner Cable digital channel 506. The meeting marks the 30th all-time between the two schools. Fans can also listen on the Gamecock IMG Sports Network via GamecocksOnline.com and on 107.5 The Game in Columbia with Andy Demetra (play-by-play) and Casey Manning (analyst).

The Rebels enter Wednesday's contest having most recently earned an 84-74 overtime victory over Georgia last Saturday. Ole Miss holds a 19-6 record this season, including an 8-4 mark in league games. Junior guard Marshall Henderson paces the team and ranks first in the SEC and 18th in the nation with 19.7 points per game in overall games, including a mark of 21.3 per league outing. Henderson scored 25 points, including a perfect 14-of-14 effort from the free throw line, in the win over Georgia last weekend. Irmo, S.C., native, senior forward Murphy Holloway leads the squad with 9.3 rebounds per contest, which ranks second in the SEC and 33rd in the nation. Holloway has nine double-doubles this season and 34 for his career. Senior forward Reginald Buckner ranks second in the league with 2.7 blocks per game, while also providing 9.8 points and 8.0 rebounds per outing. Ole Miss's 79.5 points per game in overall games this season leads the league and ranks an impressive fifth in the nation. The squad is led by Andy Kennedy in his seventh season.

Ole Miss has really struggled. Lost 4 of 5 or 6? I watched them play Georgia and they looked pretty strong to me though. He Henderson will get his. Holloway is the one that we have no answer for.

Hopefully they can pull it out. This team has regressed something awful..hopefully they can finish the season on a strong note and carry that into the off-season.

I think the only possible win left on the schedule is the home game vs. Mississippi State. Hope they prove me wrong but I'm not holding my breath.

or cover the spread at least (Ole Miss by 6).....

I just believe im my heart, all the outburst by FM was to get the attention of his players...... unfortunately he got the attention of the entire Country! LOL

What I am nor sure about, is how our players will respond! I expect Ellington, Carrera, and Richardson to give it hell...... If we can just get a good effort from a couple more, Like Lakeem and Leonard...... we can win this!
