I would love to know what JD said to him after he made that tackle. something must have fired him up because he was talking all the way bakc to the huddle. Something I do not remember seeing very often.

It was late in the 3rd quarter when he came diving over the top of the pile of players that had tackled the running back and tried to take the crown of his helmet into Jadeveons knees as he was standing there watching the guys get up from the pile. It was very late and unnecessary and that was what C2 was talking about, not the guy falling on Clowney after the sack play.

I saw Coach Lawing reference the holding against Clowney and said something like until JD learns to not lead with his shoulder he will not get many holding calls. He has to use his hands better.
Some of the holding we are complaining about will never be called. Last edited by 2four2Gamecock; 11-12-2012 at 04:35 PM. |

I aged, but have been called for more than most in the sec this year that I have seen. UT's guy had Clowney in a head lock and bear hug a few times!
