Christian Walker
Hey guys it's another year of carolina baseball and guess what we have another outstanding freshman on our team.
His name is Christian Walker. This kid may have the best bat on the team. If you see this guy in person he tears the cover off of the ball. Just wait until you see this guy he will blow you away. His fielding needs to be more consistent though. But this guy's bat is too great to keep out of the lineup.

Ok through fall practice this guy has been our best hitter. Power to all fields and can crush the ball out of the ball park. He's going to be extremely scary for sec pitching this year.

Heard the very end of an interview with Coach Tanner a few days ago and don't remember the exact details, but he was raving about this guy and said he was the leading hitter in the workouts or scrimmages or whatever the team had just completed (said he never had a Freshman do that before) and gave his average. I forgot what is was but it was obscenely good. So high that if Ray hadn't said it, I would have had trouble believing it if it had been posted by a fan.

Christian's defense has really improved from then. Christian probably has the fastest hands on the team. This guy is going to tear the cover off the ball this year.
