Cack, how hot are these going to be? When eating wings, my wife and I are mild people. Medium is too spicey for us. So to keep it in the mild range do I need to adjust the ingredients or will what you have listed be fine?

Yogi, most recipes are not spicy. Just do a Google search for Hasselback potato" and you will find many. Parmesan and paprika are the 2 base spices. You can go in many directions from there.

Made some tonight and Dionne streak for my girlfriend and myself instead of using bread crumbs I substituted bacon bits pretty boss also instead of paprika used cayenne
