Everyone is complaining about the BCS, but before the BCS the system was awful. Tke in point 1983. Teams #1 and #2 lose their bowl games. #3 wins theirs, and their only loss of the season was to the #2 team that lost their bowl game. #3 gets jumped by #5. While #3 remains #3. #3 had the hardest schedule in the country. The only tough game #5 had was their bowl. What a joke.
