That has gotten them where so far? I didn't say they would but I think they are gonna have to go in a different direction.

The problem with UT is not that job. It's still a premier job. The problem is you have a 4 to 6 year rebuild to get both sides of the ball depth to get back up to the level they wanna be at, they just fired a coach that couldn't get it done in 3. If I'm already in a good job in a power conference there is no way I take this job until expectations are tempered and they realize Tenn now has 6 to 7 teams to leap frog to get back to the top. It's not just UF and Bama anymore.

Hubbs said Bo Pelini has expressed interest...IMO we would be lucky to get him at this point.
