It's not the look that I'm not a fan of because I agree it looks good on TV but it just seems to kill the noise factor. Too many people just wave the towel and QB calls aren't muffled by dish rags flapping around.

I think if we had the normal student population in the stands Dizzy, this wouldn't be a concern. They just deserted the team. Worst student section I've seen in almost 50 years of Carolina football this past year. It is possible to wave the towel, stomp your feet, and yell at the top of your lungs all at the same time. Keep the students from leaving and the noise level triples. I really hope Tanner figures out a way to change the distribution system of student tickets.
