GameDay in Atlanta today
Just saw Georgia and Alabama fans chanting "SEC, SEC, SEC!" at the start of GameDay. Guess it's not just the bottom dwellers of the SEC that chant it. In fact, it's normally the teams at the top that do it like I've said all along.

I'll guess he picks the Dawgs. He likes to go with the underdog and Richt has ties to FSU.
I'm surprised to hear no one is picking UGA. I think they've got a decent chance to win. Balanced offense for UGA and Bama doesn't have a mobile QB. Should be a good game imo. Murray is the key. If he gets rattled and can't hit open receivers when he gets the chance then Bama wins. |

All smack aside, I will be shocked if UGA pulls it off. South Carolina was the best team UGA played all year, and everyone saw how that turned out. UF pulled a South Carolina vs UF when they played UGA and completely crapped the bed, but UGA still only won by eight. So given the way South Carolina handled UGA, I think Alabama can do the same. As good as UGA's offense has been this year, they failed to show up against South Carolina and Florida, and I think Alabama's defense is at least as good as those two.

Don, you may be right. It's not like Bama isn't capable of a beatdown on anyone. Their games against TAMU and LSU just loom in my mind.
