Washington (D.C.) Friendship five-star cornerback Jalen Tabor has great relationships with the coaching staffs at Florida and Florida State.

His parents love Alabama.

Ranked by the 247Composite as the nation’s No. 4 cornerback and No. 16 prospect overall, Tabor is high on all three schools and also doesn’t plan on announcing till National Signing Day.

This week, the U.S. Army All-American says he’ll visit Penn State, Pittsburgh, Michigan and Ohio State.

Tabor had to live up to being the top-rated cornerback at the event, and he didn’t disappoint. He’s 6-foot-2, 200 pounds, loose and long. He man-handled a few receivers at the line of scrimmage, knocking one down before he could get out in a pattern. But he cemented is slot as the top defensive back at the event by locking down physical four-star receiver Jamil Kamara. The two matched up a lot, and Tabor used his physical style to frustrate and dominate the one-on-one competition with Kamara. Even when a receiver got his hands on a ball, Tabor was relentless in trying to dislodge it.

Tabor was by far the best of the cornerbacks and like Blanding is always ultra-impressive in a camp setting. He doesn’t back down during one-on-ones at all and rarely got beat or topped in any drill. Many analysts felt that Tabor had the best individual performance of any prospect at the loaded event. Tabor has dozens of scholarship offers. The 247Sports Crystal Ball currently projects him to Florida 60%-40% over Florida State.

It's hard to say enough good things about Tabor. At the Richmond RCS event, Tabor may have only let up one completion. He was aggressive in press coverage and didn't let receivers get any separation. In off coverage, Tabor showed great patience and was very explosive when driving on the pass, anticipating very well and intercepting more than a few passes.
