Yeah it is getting really ugly right now. The lack of talent is exacerbated by the fact that we actually have a coach who has a plan and these guys just can't execute. Lack of physical talent, lack of basketball IQ, just plain bad. I can't wait for even next year when we get some (hopefully) more talented players who buy into Martin's system and CAN SHOOT THE DAMN BALL.

Watching the team play now you can tell the guys really have no concept of team ball or how to create on offense. They are very lethargic and don't do anything to try and free up other players. They set VERY LAZY screens, all stand on the perimeter passing the ball around as if it will do anything, don't utilize the high post to break down zone defense, I see no backdoor cuts... it is all so frustrating.
