Good recipe and blog. I've tried flank steak a few times on the green egg and it turns out right about half the time. It's not a particularly great pc of meat to begin with but when you get it right, it's very good. I try to get them off at the rare to med rare temp. I'll try it your way the next time. Thanks!

Note to self: do not read blog while hungry. At work and my stomach growled so loudly that the guy in the next cubicle had to check to see if I was OK. Awesome looking meal...will have to try that soon.
