ok, however understand that a large (and increasingly vocal)portion of our players disagrees with you, they thank and give credit to Him for the success they have had both as individuals, and as a team. Which is what this thread is about.

This seems to be getting more press lately. I'm still really proud of the leaders on our team - they are a good, well rounded bunch.

that the incidents of Stupid off the field decisions go down, and success
of the program gets better.

When your major leaders of the program over the last couple of years
were guys like DJ, Connor, Marcus and Dylan, guys who are strong
family oriented and strong in their faith.... THIS is why the program has
been taken to the next level from where it was a few years ago.

I would say the change began when Spurrier arrived. Granted it wasn't overnight. But we have slowly gotten better.

That is not to say that we haven't had hiccups. Sometimes the hiccups were not even legit, such as the Clempson cop arresting/rousting Clowney, or some of the crap the local PD did to hassle garcia.

I remember Spurrier sticking up for the players when they got the shaft. Recall he staged a fake arrest after the Clowney incident. He engaged in the MORON Kubuki (a distraction) on the day that Garcia was kicked off the team.

Spurrier is the kind of leader that helps us to develop a strong team. This is one of the reasons why he is so successful as a coach.

Huh? What does that have to do with my question? I get that some of you feel a certain connection with those that share your beliefs. But giving all the credit for the recent success of this program to a select group of players beliefs is short sighted. It dismisses all the hard work and talents of those not as pronounced in their faith and those who do not share that faith at all.

The point is the person this thread is about believes his success or the success of our football team revolves around God and how God has blessed our team with success and with great role models and athletes. If you or anyone else disagrees I feel sorry for you and hope and pray that your eyes will be opened to what our players see and believe and how great and happy life is knowing the big man upstairs loves us and cares for us and is allowing you to type and read and do what u are doing at this very moment...but until then...if u disagree with them...just ignore it and keep going.
