She was up sitting out in her sun room yesterday evening...ate jello and saltines. This morning she ate oatmeal and read the paper. She is still staying in bed mostly BUT is doing better...it's just taking time.

I'm glad to hear she's doing better. It does seem that maybe the worst has passed and things will get better from here.

Thanks everyone so much! She has no pain but very weak. It's going to be a few more days before she has full strength, just praying it's by Christmas.

CL, Hope your mom is still doing better. I have been down with the flu. It kicked me hard. So, just now getting back on CT since Friday.
