like i say, this little girl doesnt think too much, she is 9, she eats, do hw, and when she plays, she is told to run fast, to hit kids, and that is what she does, there is no secret to it, she is quick, strong, fast, has strong muscles, strong bones, she was born with good athlete genes, and she devoped the rest having an athletic diet and playing with strong friends and relatives.

since you are a kid, in school, they have you sprinting with your classmates, the're is no thinking in there, you run, and whoever is faster wins, natural speed.

you measure your strenght, and that is based on what you eat at home, what your parents feed you...

I disagree. Biology dictates that male bodies produce testosterone to become bigger, more muscular. Girls bodies do not go through this.

Maybe after evolving for awhile if we bred all women to be closer to what a man is, right now, women wouldn't develop as much at a very consistent level, muscle mass and bone density is too different. Some out there could but not many percentage wise IMO. There are probably many ways that a muscle bound women is still a good bit different than muscular men, besides the obvious ways. There is a good bit of biology and chemistry in it right now. Besides life (AKA God) would just slap us down if we tried to make men and women too equal physically.

Champs a couple of times during my 4 years in high school. Sam Gordon has the advantage that I had - growing up with brothers and thinking that she could do the same thing they did. When I was young I played baseball, football, basketball and tennis all of the time with the neighborhood guys and playing with them is what helped me to evolve into a good & competitive athlete. I think Sam should keep going with this as far as she can. You never know - there just might be a place for her on a football team.

I shouldn't have generalized all women. The Olympics have shown us that there are many women out there that could smoke many men in all types of running, sprints and distance.

on average yeah, western men are bigger and stronger than western women but that is because of our culture.

the big point here is.

can women be just a great athletes as men? yes

do they want to be? no yet, most women dont care about sports as much as men do.
