Wrong wrong wrong. Probably no one on this board is more active on Twitter than me (though not as much this week). You get LOTS of breaking news, good interaction, and good information on Twitter. Honestly, it's not a lot different than this board in some respects.

It does not surprise me at all to learn that the fake Clowney account is run by a Clemson fan. Maybe it is run by a booster. I wouldn't put it past that sizable percentage of their fan base that is sick and pathetic.

There are a number of Clemson people on here pretending to be Gamecock fans. They post stuff to incite arguments here all the time. Our moderators do a good job, but they cannot clean it up 100% because it is easy for those sick people just to reincarnate themselves. They live a sad, sad existance, the perpetrators of fake handles, lower than scum.

For those of you who think it is funny, you should think again. The Clemson fan doing this is undermining Clowney's brand by trying to make him look stupid, appealing to racist stereotypes, and attempting to engender hatred towards him by making fake tweets about USC opponents. It would not be far fetched to believe one of the UT OL might decide to dive at Clowney's knee in retaliation for the Clemson fans' fake tweet. The sick, sad individual perpetrating this would probable find a career ending injury to Clowney humorous. The Clemson fan doing this is really that sick.

Twitter is a powerful tool. Maybe those that tweet can organize an attempt to identify him. The Ron Paul campaign did that to a Romney hack who was walking around acting obnoxious with Ron Paul gear. I know it is a political tactic devised by Alinsky to make your opponent look bad. It is not right at all to do it to a student athlete.

Pump the brakes, champ. It's a satirical account that is often very clever. Attributing malicious intent to someone being humerus is absurd. Just because someone chooses to wear orange doesn't make then inherently evil. Learn to laugh more, you'll live longer...

Anyone who thinks twitter is dumb doesn't know how to use it. It's probably my primary source of news now. It's great.
