I lived in Louisville and I did not find that to be the case there anymore than anywhere else.

Some thugs kicked off of other teams have ended up there. Seems like C Mich is a popular place for them to transfer to know.

My bet, this case will never see the light of day...... most likely get settled out of court.

If there is any merit to the case at all, would probably be cheaper just to pay and have it go away......

Even if there is no merit, there are a bunch of ambulance chasing lawyers who would gladly take the case knowing UL has deep pockets!

I'm really surprised Strong didn't leave this year while he could. Louisville is not a place I'd like to try and make it, long term.

I'm guessing Louisville backed the Brinks truck up to his house with the new contract. I know UT reportedly offered him $4 million per year.

This will never go to court. even if this claim is true, this guys attorney knows that the testimony from coach strong and a university rep will be taken over a player seemingly trying for a payday. the same player who saw the two individuals who purportedly afflicted the damage get acquitted of charges. this wont affect charlie one bit. he has a flawless record.

Couple of things.
One is, thugs are everywhere, some places more than others. Two is , the grand jury declined to indict said assailants. Interested in where this goes.

Even if it is settled out of court, (Which I dont think it will be because if you settle, thats almost as bad as an admission of guilt) its still in the closet. It will never go away now.
