No freshman star - and that's a good thing. I feel certain Jerrell Adams would have made notable plays this year, but we have Justice and Busta (and Owens if we had needed him post game 6). There aren't enough throws to go around with our most productive upperclass receivers, and Shaq has been working up to the job. Davis has been workked-in due to necessity, and most of the the rest are likely benefitting from redshirting. It's a big step from HS to the SEC.

I still think Shon Carson wouldn't have been a big time player if he had stayed healthy. Last year he was #2 on the depth chart behind Marcus. I think we'll be loaded at running back with him, MD, B Wilds, Kendrick Salley, and possibly Marcus.

Hell, Salley was even highly touted coming in. That kid rushed for over 5000 yards in high school. We have a ton of depth that hasn't even seen the field yet.
