Interesting. Maybe he took the Arkansas gig partly because of the fast money? Do you think this kind of baggage could have any effect on his coaching?

Well, from a morally bankrupt coach to a financially bankrupt coach. Good judgment seems to be a skill missing in their coaches too.

He took a gamble trying to make money in real estate and it backfired on him and his partners. That was a huge risk to take.

I would tell him to borrow 20K from Bobby Petrino, but 1) He doesn't have a sn*tch 2)Well, 20K won't even scratch the surface of how much money he will need.

well, I mean, it's not going to help his free-time any, for one..

I imagine it would also be hard to just shut off thinking about it as well.. but who knows I guess..

Yea I agree it is a tough thing to deal w I imagine but the players dont care and honestly I see it as maybe he will coach his butt off to get another head coaching job after he is replaced at Arky for monetary reasons if nothing else JMO...I may be way off base

Lack of appetite control!
Gambler instead of measured risk taker.
All of the appove will impact players' trust and respect for him.
He should never have been hired.
Arky AD seems to now be taking a page from Vol and UGAly former ADs' playbook.

This doesn't affect his ability to coach but it does affect his credibility with others. 10-50 mil in debt isn't so good.

How about Div-1 coaches? Haven't read that tens of them are filling for Bankruptcy.
