What I mean is that I don't think that Bellichek, Parcells, and Vermeil would do well in college (I realize that Vermeil came from UCLA) at this point b/c they don't want to kiss recruits asses (people pleasing) while in the NFL they need to be tough to get the egos to fall into line. I think that when you draft talent versus schmooze the talent, it takes two completely different types of personalities to be successful. |
