Just one quick question...
Why doesn't Bruce Ellington ever throw the ball out of the Wildcock Formation? Every time this year, all he has done is run the ball, I thought he was also a pretty good passer? |

my guess is he's saving it for a key game. we haven't really seen much of the formation at all. if it doesnt have instant success its like we abandon it all together.

bruce is gonna have to gain some trust again in the wildcat. he fumbles basically what was a jet sweep and then lets a snap go through his hands. chalk it up to a bad day, but we're going to have to threaten a team with his running first before we throw it up.
everytime gilmore had thrown in the past it was after he had run it first and there was no safety help over top of alshon. |

Love bruce and all he did for my old school, but let's just say he didn't win a state title by throwing the ball well. So unless he has made some improvements with mangus( witch he may have) I don't expect to see too many passes out of that formation from him.

bruce is better suited to play basketball. he football skills are dull and we dont have the time to spend a scholarship on a guy who cant carry the ball correctly. look for him to be of the team next year..
gotcha..lol |

I love Bruce Ellington but I think after a great start he kind of took his foot off the pedal just a tad bit. especially on kick off returns. I want him to run like he did when we played ecu....I never seen Bruce throw the ball so I dont know about his passing skills
