Why would we run the ball three times with a 1:14 left in the game on our 30??? You are down by 16. At least try to throw the ball. That really gave me a bad taste in my mouth with HBC. I know that the offense didn't do too much through the air tonight, but still. At least try to tie the game. Realignment may be the best thing to happen for us. MIKE LEACH 2012!!!!

Total meltdown in all three phases of the game, especially special teams. Those kinds of lapses are just inexcusable, and I'm including our new tradition of botching punts. I'm not sure what it will take to revamp special teams when we supposedly focused on those very concerns in the offseason.

O line is terrible. I mean you cam see why: Watkins is a Rg forced to play LT, Gibson is a freshman and not ready. Cann is young too not to mention a guard having to play tackle. But even so shouldn't be this awful. Shaw is shaky. Poor pocket presence, granted o lone doesn't help him out a ton.

Ellis doesn't know how to adjust (how many times have people said that over the past few years?) Wilson was getting way too much time to throw. Sure had some hurries, but any significant pressure? Maybe 3 plays. One blitz all night? I know it didn't work but could at least throw one in every now and then to keep Wilson off balance, much less force a quick throw.

I wish we had a team good enough to win a game like this. This is the reason why winning ugly doesn't cut. It's better to be good with medicore luck than be mediocre with good luck. You can't win a championship by being lucky over and over.

Not sure what coaching changes need to be made (if any) but with our talent, I just can't stand to see us waste it. Why can Petrino come to Arky and in two years make them a powerhouse and SOS has been here over 6 years and though we're better, we're just not in that elite group. Is 7 years not long enough? Am I too impatient/unreasonable? Is SC just destined to never be an elite team? Can we simply not recruit the level of talent to get us there OR is it poor coaching? One thing for sure; it's one or the other and if it's the latter, then something MUST be done or else just give up and accept our fate as never being a football school. Once again, if I'm wrong, someone will here will tell me, I'm sure.

Our LB's and Secondary once again got abused by a team that can actually throw the ball down field. Until that problem is addressed we should expect our results tonight. Hell, Arky dropped 2 TD's we should at least be grateful for that. The busted coverages and soft zone that Ellis played was retarded.

Not even pissed about losing....just pissed that I have to pull for Auburn to beat UGA. Either Auburn or Kentucky, but let's be realistic here.

O-Line play sucked. Secondary sucked, but I think it would be a different story if everyone was healthy.

You guys, not giving excuses for our team but I knew at half time we were screwed. I know we lost, but that stadium was crazy. I think I saw 4 gamecock fans there. It was close for a while and lots of Arky fans were worried. One classy fan told me to suck a "cock" in front of my children. We played with what we had, although in the beginning of 2nd had we looked better. It is what it is, don't let the score fool you we gave them a fight...it just wasn't good enough.

PS: I've never seen fans like that, they were all on the same page.

Our coaching sucks. On paper we should be a top 20 team, in reality we just suck with poor coaching, stupid plays, a poor game plan (or maybe we don't have a game plan???).

Fire our whole staff, hire the best High School staff in the State of SC; I bet we field a better team...

We are a lot like Clemson before hiring a Offensive Coordinator. We have NO identity on Offense. None. As far as the OL goes I truely believe Elliot just doesn't have the players.
