Be strong enough to run some wishbone this year ? With our TE strength and a stable of awesome RB,s plus ConnOr I think that would be a beautiful sight to see to add with our other sets

Question #2 .. Does anyone think we're at the point where we reload instead of rebuild

..# 3 .. who would you line up in the backfield and recievers in the "Bone"

1). No- aint happening. You might see some Diamond formation from the pistol, which is as close to the bone as Spurrier or Mangus, for that matter, will get.
2). No- we still dont have quality depth at EVERY position, which is why special teams still struggles
3). No- not a wishbone or flexbone fan.

Oh my God. It's spelled Connor. From now on, I refuse to read any post that spells Connor's name wrong. It's just ridiculous now.

I expect to see a big improvement in special teams this year. Even SOS said we would have better players on special teams that would tackle better this year.

No I don't think we run any wishbone Offense...we hardly even every have a FB in the game anymore...just in the Spread most of the time now. Alot of 2 TE sets though.

Do we reload now? Not exactly we are not recruiting with the likes of Bama and LSU but we are doing a great job with what we have.

Well it couldn't get much worse (especially in the kicking game) so I expect to see improvement haha. I think losing Marty Markett hurts our kick coverage a little bit. It seemed like him and Hampton made almost every tackle on ST lol.

To answer the OP, wishbone would be interesting but probably won't happen.

I don't understand why people get anal about most spelling mistakes on internet message boards.

I do understand, however, the need to point out the correct spelling of the name of the starting quarterback for the team you follow.

Now, I believe the guy that pointed it out could have used tact and kept the thread moving along too.

Isn't there a thread that makes people aware of the correct spelling of Connor Shaw's name? That thread should be bumped if it can be found.

We will be fast on special teams, we may be one of the fastest teams in the SEC east. Hopefully we block and tackle better.
