Here's one for ya. I call it the crack dip.
Crack Dip 1 lb of Sausage (Any kind will do, but I normally go for the 1 lb tubes of Jimmy Dean) 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese 1 can of Rotel tomatoes and peppers Brown the sausage in a frying pan, drain and toss into the crock along with the other two ingredients. Set for high and let it cook for a few hours, stirring every half hour or so. Enjoy with tortillas, crackers, or bread.

Keegthecock's recipes are intriguing. And simple. Might have to try one of those some time.

I can tell nobody here watches their fat intake. But I bet everybody avoids sugar. The crock is an essential if you work and feed a family. Once the weather gets warm, I usually use it only if cooking meat.

I add some chopped onion I softened in butter and garlic. Then I throw in a jar of pimentos and a tin of fire roasted green chilies. Once plated some Boar's Head red jalapeno sauce is a good kicker.

This is one I saw JaxcockFL post some years back. I gave it a try and really enoyed it. Used to make it a good bit. I highly recommend it.

I've tried it with a few different sausages. Chorizo was good for a chili flavored dip, maple sausage with the habanero Rotel was awesome.

Yeah I'm not a big fan of onions or pimentos, but the roasted chilies and jalapeno sauce sounds good. I figured on adding a clove of minced garlic. (I put garlic in just about everything.)
