takes me at least 5 weeks to grow some. i would suggest just leaving the razor be during that time but doing your neck area so your boss dosent bitch too much....... as for the food, not sure... not much of a lamb person besides gyros

OK, they are not nearly as tender. They need a marinade to help. I like traditional Greek type ones. Lemon, rosemary, and garlic are big. EVOO of course. Here is one recipe: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/f...ipe/index.html

thanks, ive had leg of lamb, shanks, and rack of lamb but never shoulder. it was on sale so i decided to give it a try
