I tried it a few years ago. It was ok. Biggest issue for me was they never had the games I wanted so I had to wait for them to be available. This may be less of an issue now. But the shipping times and price aren't bad if you want to play a lot of different games. Obviously you get more for your money if you play through games quick.
But now for console games if I'm not willing to buy the game I've had decent success with finding the game I want at a Redbox to rent it. |

Former subscriber here. GameFly is a complete waste of money. It took about a week and a half on average to get the games I wanted, and the same amount of time for them to register that I'd returned the one I had out previously. The postal service doesn't give them priority, which part of the reason, but the administration is poor as a whole.
Things may change soon due to a recent court decision regarding that manner, but I wouldn't subscribe. It left a bad taste in my mouth because of those really long wait times. |

Also, what Halltj2 said about the selection is spot-on. The good games run out quickly.

Yeah, I had it and cancelled. It took too long to get the next game especially if it was a higher demand game.

I had it when I was single, and living in Hilton Head. Turn around for me was pretty good, as I think there was a center in Orlando. I could send a game in the mail Monday morning, and get another back by Thursday afternoon when I got home from work. it's a good way to sample games that you may want to buy or, just get a game, and keep it until you beat it, without having to buy it. I liked it then, b/c I was single and had no cable/sat.
