A friend at work came across this, thought I would pass it on...
...Irish Car Bomb Jello Shots 2 C. Guinness, divided ... 2.5-3 packages unflavored gelatin 2t. brown or Muscavado Sugar 1 t. cocoa pwdr. 1/2 C. Jameson's 1/2 C. Bailey's Put one cup Guinness, sugar, cocoa, and 2 packs gelatin in saucepan allow to soak one minute. Heat and stir til all is dissolved. Remove from heat add remaining cup Guinness, pour into pan or molds and allow to set, apx. 30 min. Place Jameson's in a shot glass and do a shot, then place the 1/2 C. of Jameson's in a saucepan and sprinkle with the remaining pack of gelatin, allow to soak, heat til dissolved. Stir in Baileys and allow to cool, pour over the set Guiness mixture, allow to set overnight, then kiss yer Blarney Stones goodbye!
