Default VHS to DVD question

What is the cheapest way to do this without a computer involved?

It is way cheaper with a computer. Why don't you want to use a computer?

You can do it for about $30 or $40 with a computer and a VCR with this:

http://m.bestbuy.com/m/e/product/det...=1218300806964

Here is really cheap one so you can see better picture, but I don't know how well something that cheap will work.

http://www.rakuten.com/prod/usb-2-0-...ngId=255099921

You just plug the usb end into your computer and the red/white/yellow tips into the VCR. It will transfer it to your computer and you can burn away.

Whatever you buy will have software, so make sure it will work with your version of Windows or Mac.

Pretty much. It will also depend on the speed of your computer.

Here's some more info:

If you want to do it without a computer, you're looking at close to $300.
