The prototype actually did this years ago but they are just now getting around to doing it with a production model. It will very rarely ever do this in actual operation. This program is so over budget and off schedule it is ridiculous and to add on top of that only the B model which has been the most maligned is going to deliver what they initially wanted in the aircraft.
