Supply and Demand Xbox One/PS4

Pre ordered 2 ps4's and 1 Xbox One. I remembered back when the 360 and ps3 came out and there was super shortages. Was going to try and sell the ps4's for profit to cut into my cost of the Xbox one. Could always return them if no bites but I figured why not prepare for Christmas time.

Thoughts?

Might work, might not. No clue what they hype will look like after they actually come out and we head into Christmas.

Back when the PS2 came out I bought two and sold one for $650 on ebay...it paid for mine.

Also, when the Wii came out I had one and my sister couldn't find one anywhere for Christmas so I ended up giving it to her so she could give it to my niece for Christmas. I just waited instead of paying the finders fee to someone else and got another one a few months later.

So, IMO it's not a bad idea. You can basically guarantee you aren't going to lose money on the deal.

Sony has announced it's holding back PlayStation 4 stock to make sure it can replenish retail inventory swiftly throughout the holiday season.

In an interview with Fox Business, Sony Computer Entertainment America boss Jack Tretton revealed the company wants to make sure stock is readily available throughout the holiday season, so anyone who wants to buy a PS4 can do so.
