Default JFK: The Smoking Gun

Has anyone else seen this new documentary on Reelz Channel? I've always been intrigued with the assassination and this was something I had never heard about. But it's pretty damn compelling.

Quote:
JFK: The Smoking Gun,” a two-hour Reelz docudrama based on a book of the same name by veteran police detective Colin McLaren, probes the assassination of President John F. Kennedy with an emphasis on ballistic studies, Warren Commission testimony and eyewitness statements -- and comes up with a pretty stunning declaration as to who the author and filmmakers believe fired the third and fatal shot that killed Kennedy.

Central to McLaren’s review is a 1992 book by Bonar Menninger, “Mortal Error,” which detailed the 25 years of work by Maryland ballistics and firearms expert Howard Donahue, who was obsessed with solving the case. The special combines a mixture of archival photographs and film footage along with dramatic reenactments to illustrate Donahue’s theories.

Donahue’s theory has been out there for more than 20 years, but has gotten relatively little attention. Reelz is obviously hoping renewed interest around the upcoming 50th anniversary of JFK’s death will put conspiracy theories in the spotlight again.

yeah...many ballistics experts over the years have studied the case and determined it was impossible for it to have happened as the officials involved claimed..there had to be multiple shooters involved from multiple positions

Default JFK: The Smoking Gun

If it was accurate, they wouldn't allow it on TV. Majority of the people believe JFK was hit by the Government but the revolution will never be televised.

It's called Teli (sound) Vision (sight) Programming (programing the mind aka mind control) for a reason.

I've always thought it was a Mob hit, but admittedly I've never really looked into it much.

I was saying the same thing in the other thread about JFK recently. 90% of opinions on the whole thing come from the Costner movie that makes it out that the Book Depository shot is something only a sniper could do - not the case at all. Pretty dang close with a relatively slow moving target. Standing there changed my perspective on the whole thing.

Yeah, that's exactly it. It's all very close. When I walked around, I was amazed at how small the square is. A shot from the parking lot on the right ..aka.the grassy knoll...IMHO would have had too much of a chance for a bystander getting hit in the middle area.
