Good Stuff.

I figure stars are not necessarily a predictor of future performance, rather a judge of where they stand now. Think about it as a footrace...the players with more stars are plain further along in the race. Some kids aren't as big or fast, but that might just be due to a poor S&C program in high school vs a quality one. Measuring potential is really hard to do, but more often than not the star rating system is a good outline, just not gospel like it's detractors think people believe.
