Default Tom Yum Soup

Do yourself a favor and try this delicious Thai soup if you have not. Lemongrass flavor is one of my favorites in Asian cuisine. I found a little Thai restaurant near where I work and have been eating lunch there for about six months now. Served with most lunch entrees is a bowl of tom yum soup accompanied by a crispy or soft springroll. I'm drooling just thinking about it...

OOH, that's good stuff. Thai in general gets my vote for the most full-flavored of ethnic cuisines, lemongrass, kaffir leaves, ginger, chilis.....wow!

It's another cold day in Houston so I think I am going to hit my Thai spot for lunch and have a nice hot bowl of Tom Yum!
